We offer shipping across India.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–9 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped so you can monitor delivery status.
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control.
To ensure fair and transparent resolution of any issues, an unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.
The video must:
• Be recorded from the beginning (before opening the package)
• Show a complete 360° view of the package
• Clearly capture the tearing/opening side
Please note:
• No zoom allowed
• No cuts or edits allowed
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
However, we are committed to supporting our customers in case of genuine issues, as outlined in our policy below.
Certain minor issues are not considered as product damage, including:
• Stone missing
• Pearl missing
• Minor stone cracks
In such cases, we will provide replacement stones or parts with your next order.
This approach helps us maintain affordability while still supporting our customers.
If you receive a product that is significantly damaged or incorrect, we will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Once verified, we may offer:
• Replacement, or
• Store credit or suitable resolution
Our goal is to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality standards.
In rare cases where an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase:
• We will inform you within 24–48 hours
• A suitable alternative or resolution will be provided
