📦 Opening Video Requirement (Important)

To ensure fair resolution of any issues, an unboxing video is required for claims.

  • Please record the video from the beginning (before opening the package)

  • Show a complete 360° view of the package before opening

  • Ensure the tearing/opening side is clearly visible

  • ❌ No zoom

  • ❌ No cuts or edits

This helps us verify and resolve your concern quickly.

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • We generally do not accept returns or exchanges

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled

However, we do provide support in case of genuine issues as outlined below.

🔧 Damages & Missing Items Policy

  • Minor issues such as:

    • Stone missing

    • Pearl missing

    • Minor stone cracks

    are not considered major damage.

👉 In such cases, we will send replacement stones/parts with your next order.

⚠️ Exception – Major Damage / Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is significantly damaged or incorrect, we will review your request and provide a resolution.

  • A valid opening video is mandatory for such claims

  • Once verified, we will offer:

    • Replacement, or

    • Store credit / suitable solution

This ensures fairness for both our customers and our business.

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after placing your order:

  • We will inform you within 24–48 hours

  • A suitable resolution or alternative will be provided
